Absolutely useless as managing agents - they can't deal with simple repair requests and it takes them forever to get anything done - if they just straight up don't ignore it. They don't know how to prepare an AST contract and lie about clauses they put in there themselves as being non-binding - when the legal opinion I obtained myself confirms all clauses are binding. The "accounts manager" Sherry refuses to answer to my emails and the "director" Paul tends to respond in a very emotional way, at night hours, apparently under the influence of alcohol as his responses were hugely unprofessional and poorly worded. I'm reporting this company to ARLA, hopefully they won't be doing much business any longer...
